SENIOR MANAGING CONSULTANTS FOR GLOBAL LEAN CONSULTANCY

A fast expanding and prestigious global LEAN consultancy is looking for senior consultants to join their fast growing team. Having won numerous global and national large scale turnaround programmes they are looking for experienced consultants to join them within this fast paced and exciting environment.

You will be responsible for building senior relationships on site and leading large scale programmes of work. This will include taking charge of budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in a standardised manner; you will analyse the risk and costs associated with the programme and ensure you work within the agreed programme boundaries. You will be responsible for managing various sizes of onsite teams - supporting and mentoring them to ensure they are achieving the objectives. Managing multiple relationships is a key part of the role both on site with senior leadership, as well as with the project steering group and the project team.

The individual must be happy to travel UK wide and if you would like opportunities to go abroad; that is also a possibility.

An in depth knowledge of industry, a strong technical expertise and a passion for driving change are all required to be successful coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humour!

Requirements:

• Extensive previous experience in Lean/Operations roles
• Ideal background includes wide or specialist sector experience in either healthcare or automotive
• Experience of developing people within teams
• Client relationship management skills
• Proof of delivering large scale end to end transformations
• Experience in consultancy is essential
• Strong technical skills in LEAN
• Confident
