katherine finnis
Director
Over 20 years experience in recruitment both internally and externally coupled with close to 15 years experience working purely in the Change, Continuous Improvement, Lean and Sigma environment.
Katherine has worked closely with FTSE 100 companies through to small consultancies in banking and finance, oil and gas, insurance, legal and manufacturing sectors. An expert in both interim and permanent recruitment, Katherine has experience of managing teams, driving global recruitment campaigns with a passion for the perfect piece of recruitment!
She is able to manage the whole process from start to finish to ensure efficiency and consistency. She has done this both from the UK and in Australia.
Her extensive experience passion, drive and tenacity as well as her ability to build relationships are what has made her a success. She has a down to earth and honest yet proactive approach which is what sets her apart from her competitors. Crucially she also loves people!
In addition to recruitment Katherine has travelled extensively, set up and run a charity in Cambodia, taught English in various points round the globe and has a passion for anything active! She can be found running, biking, playing netball, swimming, windsurfing or skiing that’s if she doesn’t kill herself on her new hobby of kite surfing!

Director
Cat has spent the last 11 years nurturing Roundpeg and recruiting continuous improvement and change experts from Greenbelts through to the Heads of Programmes.
Cat is a confident and very capable professional who fully manages the process for you from start to finish. She is passionate about listening to people and forming relationships with both clients and candidates based on trust.
Cat enjoys the fact that her role really can change people’s lives and gains an enormous sense of enjoyment from seeing clients and candidates flourish as a result of a good piece of recruitment. Cheesy, but true, and it is the reason she gets out of bed each morning, (that and a strong cup of coffee!).
Prior to establishing Roundpeg, Cat spent a number of years working in IT recruitment in the city and before that, she co-owned a couple of restaurants and a ski chalet – (it is good to have some variety!).

She thrives on delving into these firms to find the best roles and opportunities for you and loves watching the bigger picture develop working with Cat and Katherine as roles are filled with both sides happy!

annie stott
Account Manager / Resourcer
Annie has over 15 years experience both in the UK and Australia working within recruitment. She has worked on site for PWC as an internal recruitment manager but also as an external consultant which gives her a strong understanding of how internal and external processes operate. She has experience recruiting across multiple sectors and businesses in addition to working across FTSE 100 to “start up” companies.
Annie joins us here at Roundpeg where she is returning to her to Recruitment "roots" after a few years working within Project Management in the property and retail world. Annie prides herself in her relationship building skills, her problem solving mind set and her tenacity in helping people to resource the right talent for their business.
When Annie’s not tapping on her keyboard, you can often find her cooking up a storm, wild swimming or getting her “step count” up marching across the countryside with her dog Bear!
