LEAN SIGMA BB TO JOIN AN EXCEPTIONAL EUROPEAN CHANGE TEAM WITHIN A GLOBAL ORGANISATION - POST FILLED BY ROUNDPEG

The company is fast paced and service orientated with business units across the globe. They run an end to end innovative LEAN Sigma programme which is has buy in from the top and is run at a European level by an inspirational and dynamic MBB/Director.

The role will give you the opportunity to run end to end change through three of their businesses. You will have strong support from the European team and the MBB but will be hands on a pragmatic and able to work on your own. You will go in at a senior level so you can affect the change and will act as an internal consultant scoping, working with senior leadership to identify business opportunities, run projects and train people on the ground. Consequently you must be passionate and have excellent communication skills due to the wide range of people you will be working with. The focus of the programme is to drive customer excellence within this competitive market. You must be service orientated and know what excellence looks like.
