BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
Exciting opportunity to new global transformation team in a newly acquired service orientated business. The transformation programme is looking to integrate systems and process, but also increase capacity while maintaining headcount using LEAN. It is a programme focussed on culture and capability, and will be working on what is effectively a greenfield site. They are looking to embed a culture of change and increased quality and customer service.
The Role
Your role will be to support continuous improvement activities by supporting the visualisation and mapping of current processes in order to help define the "as is" state.
From here you will be responsible for working with the business to help support them in CI activities as well as being responsible for tracking KPIs.
Standardisation and visualisation of operational processes will also be part of your role.
This is a HYBRID role and will require you to work on site 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Good experience of Business Process Analysis at least 1 to 1.5 years
- Project Management Experience
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
- experience of working in an Agile environment
- Experience of working with TPS
- LEAN Six Sigma qualification is an advantage
