LEAN COACH

This is a superb opportunity for someone to join a progressive and entrepreneurial boutique consultancy. They specialise in LEAN transformation across the health care industry.

You will joining a team of experienced consultants to work on an exciting new programme of work. You will be working with different healthcare companies who want to achieve a certain standard in a set number of operational processes. The individual companies will choose the processes they want to look at and you will look at the assumed state and the as is state and work with them to achieve synergy between the two.

You must have the following skills and experience:

• The ideal candidate will have worked as an experienced Change Coaches with experience of working against Quality Assurance standards and/or experience of working in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare or Research and Development including being dynamic and enjoy working with people and making a difference.

LOCATION – UK

HOURS -  Part Time and commence in May
