Business Process Digitization Leader
This is a superb opportunity to lead the Digitization programme as part of a larger scale change programme for a well known financial services institution. You will be working in the early stages of their change programme.
Through devising the strategy and pathway, you will be responsible for improving, enhancing and digitizing the processes to drive a better customer and business outcome. This is part of a greater move towards Operational Excellence across the business.
You will be working with the Global Head to establish the capability and define the operating model. You will be there to prioritize, develop strategy and provide solutions in partnership with the divisional and functional teams. You will be responsible for building a team and identifying and then scaling best practices. You will be a leader and a mentor to people across the business.
You must have the following skills, experience & meet the following requirements:
- 8-10 years as a delivery leader/management consultant for a leading IT/Business Services/E-commerce or Retail organisation
- Experience of setting up business process digitization capability and in process re-engineering, outsourcing, LEAN and CI initiatives
- Experience of operating models and technology to drive digitization including no-code software landscape, SAAS, Roadmap, CRM, SFDC, Service Now etc
- Knowledge of UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
- Strong understanding of how to leverage AI/ML and NLP tools
- Experience of working with Shared Services
- Hands on and collaborative
