CONSULTANTS AND ASSOCIATES REQUIRED FOR PRESTIGIOUS GLOBAL CONSULTANCY

Multiple opportunities to work within one of the most prestigious LEAN consultancies with a huge capacity to deliver on large scale change programmes. Having recently won a large amount of business the company are looking to expand their workforce across the UK.

With this in mind we are looking for consultants and associates to join their workforce. Currently we are ideally looking for people with any of the following financial services, healthcare and/or manufacturing experience.

At a senior level you will be responsible for working with senior leadership teams to devise the strategy and programme for complex multi-faceted organisations. You will be able to manage a large team of consultants and be passionate about driving change.

The consultant roles will involve being responsible for delivery on multiple projects, training and mentoring at all levels; working with stakeholders to drive a cultural shift and obviously a reduction of cost to make the organisations operate in a more corporate manner.

Requirements:

• Very strong track record of LEAN delivery
• Healthcare or some form of manufacturing background is advantageous
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Passion for driving change
• For senior positions you must have lead complex change programmes and worked with senior leadership teams
