CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CHAMPION
Roundpeg Associates are looking for a Continuous Improvement Champion with General Insurance knowledge to be based in a financial services business in Norfolk. Working in a challenging and fast moving business, you will need to be results orientated, working within a framework that allows you to not only nurture a culture of continuous improvement but also to generate new initiatives within the organisation.
It is essential that you have previous financial services industry knowledge and that you are keen to work in a Greenfield environment. The role is centred on a specific area of the business looking to set performance measures that will enable the monitoring of the process itself coupled with continuous and highly visible measures and parameters. As this is a Greenfield site, we are looking for someone that is happy to manage this process from the stakeholder management and influencing stage through the delivery and then consequent maintenance of CI as a principle.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- BB certification in Six Sigma and above
- LEAN/KAIZEN tools and techniques
- FS knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire at all levels
We are looking for a good team player who will work well with the senior leadership team as well as those on the ground floor who should be empowered to make this a successful CI program
LOCATION – East Anglia
SALARY - £40,000 plus package
