We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Continuous Improvement Specialists for a new project in the chemical/process industry. This project is expected to take place between Germany, Poland, and the UK, and will require individuals with a strong background in continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies. You will be open to travel and must speak fluent English and German.

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to create value through cost reduction and process optimization. You will have ideally had extensive experience in either automotive, aerospace or chemical manufacturing. You will have production experience and will be an expert in taking waste out of processes using LEAN.

This project is expected to last between 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the scope of work and country location. This is a preliminary scoping exercise. You will be working with a team of professionals to deliver results that exceed expectations.
