A dynamic and fast paced telecoms business is looking to build a team to drive a pragmatic version of Six Sigma through the hub of their business.

The person must have a strong change background and have Six Sigma knowledge and experience ideally to BB level. Ideally you will have an IT or telecoms background in order that you can drive some quick results as there are two specific pinch points in the business; it will be your responsibility to put systems in place within these two areas with a view to rolling the pilot project out through Europe.

It is an exciting time to join this company as they go through a huge period of cultural change in order to take the business to the next level. There is to be a huge shift in model over the next year in order that the company can accelerate.

LOCATION - Berkshire

SALARY - £60 000 to £70 000
