MANAGING CONSULTANT - AMAZON CONNECT

A company that combines technical expertise and delivery capability with vision to accelerate change and reinvent the way that public services are crafted and delivered are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Consultant able to help clients understand, plan and implement best practices around migrating, building, managing and operating Amazon Connect within their AWS cloud environments.

You must have the following experience:

  • You hold as a minimum an AWS Associate Certification (ideally DevOps Associate)
  • You have experience in building call flows and IVR trees
  • You have hands on experience of delivering Amazon Connect within B2C or B2B organisations (minimum 1 implementation ideally in an enterprise environment) which demonstrate tangible benefits:

    Increase Customer dedication and spend, whilst also reducing cost to serve
    Improving Digital capabilities by leveraging next generation technologies

  • You will have experience of building sustainable senior client relationships
  • You will have a track record of building and developing high performing teams. With experience of delivering across multiple workstreams

You must have the following skills:

  • Knowledge of Amazon Connect and relevant Qualification/Certification
  • Degree level education or equivalent, typically in Business, Information Technology or Engineering (includes appropriate apprenticeships)
  • Solid consulting experience in a recognised consulting business
  • Experience of building business cases
  • Experience of managing projects and project teams
  • Good project management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A real team player with a collaborative working style
  • Attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly to influence senior stakeholders
  • Change leadership skills
  • Good data gathering and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • An innovative and fresh thinker

LOCATION – Flexible Working Option

SALARY - £75,000 plus package
