In this time of exciting and rapid change the Business Technology Consulting (BTC) Practice is recruiting Consulting Managers to work with Government clients across the UK. This is a generalist role for people who can bridge the divide between business and technical domains.
The role involves:
- Management of engagements of up to £1 million and project teams of up to 15 people, with extensive stakeholder management
- Experience of developing propositions and present these to market with support from senior leaders
- Gain new work by contributing to bids and pitches, identifying, nurturing and developing client relationships and proactively look to secure follow on engagements and additional revenue
- Drawing on both your own and your wider teams knowledge of user needs, digital technologies and delivery approaches, offering design and delivering solutions which meet the client expectations, budget and timeframes
- Utilising your experience to identify and mitigate common pitfalls in digital delivery
You must have the following experience:
- Experience of understanding new technologies, methodologies and approaches, applying these to new scenarios and explaining them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Specific capability and passion in one or more areas of Digital Advisory, Solution Leadership, Solution Delivery, Digital Solutions (including low code, intelligent automation, data and insights) and Digital Identity.

SALARY - £75,000 plus package
