Prestigious global Lean consultancy is looking for a team of Lean associates to work in the manufacturing sectors

Working with clients to help transfer business improvement skills and capability into the business through effective project management and coaching. The role requires managing project deliverables, building strong key client staff and management relationships and supporting internal consulting leadership in client milestones and deliverable reviews.

Working with teams to analyse client information, draw insights and conclusions as well as implications. You will be responsible for liaising with project teams to ensure that project plans are on track and identify effective countermeasures to support any risks.

Managing client day to day liaison activities and project support is a crucial part of the role. The ablity to build strong working relationships with operational management teams and staff, as well as grow relationships with senior stakeholders and management is vital to the success of this role.

You should have the following skills & experience:

• Experience of working within a CI culture with knowledge of different business improvement approaches

• Minimum of three years experience working in a manufacturing project environment.

• Automotive experience is an advantage

• Strong experience operating as a change consultant.

• Possess a strong track record of working with stakeholders and an ability to strengthen relationships with Clients.

• You will have an excellent track record of delivery, using LEAN tools and techniques.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

LOCATION – UK

Contract - 6 - 12 months

SALARY - £450 - £500 per day with expenses
