MANUFACTURING LEAN CONSULTANT
This is a superb opportunity for someone with 5-10 years in manufacturing to make a move into consultancy and join a progressive and entrepreneurial boutique firm.
The firm specialise in LEAN transformation across manufacturing, health and the construction industry. They have many years of successfully delivering LEAN transformation across different industries and are very well thought of the market.
You will be joining a team of experienced consultants to work on exciting new programmes of LEAN improvement work across the manufacturing sector.
The firm has a particular expertise in high end, low volume manufacturing so have an array of fascinating clients.
- The right candidae will have a strong background in LEAN who has probably worked in the automotive or aerospace sector and has experience in production and manufacturing management.
- Having progressed in your current company, you will now be looking for your next challenge.
- You will have driven LEAN improvement initiatives and have a good in-depth understanding of the tools, how to implement change, a track record of delivery but also know what "good" looks like.
In order to be successful you will need to be passionate about what you do, be driven, knowledgeable and happy to travel across the UK (predominantly Midlands and the North).
