
LEAN TRAINING COACH
Exciting opportunity to join an expanding team of LEAN coaches who are delivering a programme of training into the NHS. This is an opportunity to work with people and different areas of healthcare to help promote better and more effective working.
You must have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working in the NHS as a PM or in digital change, ideally with a focus on primary care
- Demonstrable experience of working in a continuous improvement culture
- Working knowledge and application of different business improvement approaches
- Proven track record of developing and strengthening relationships with Clients to ensure strong relationships are forged at all levels
- Established and proven facilitation skills and Client relationships
- Delivery of training and meeting days to agreed project deadlines
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in a healthcare project environment
- Fundamental knowledge of the Primary Care sector
- Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma principles
- Experience of working in a continuous improvement culture, internally and externally, in facilitating clear training and skills development

- Delivery and management of facilitated workshops, meetings and training days to the agreed proposal and scope of work
- Ability to adapt planned programme schedule to suit exact client context whilst still achieving planned outcomes

- Problem solving approach and drive to develop innovative business solutions
- Enthusiasm and passion for team working, continuous improvement and service excellence
- Motivating the client with the ability to read the energy of a group, determining the best course of action in developing their skill base
- Active listening skills, patient and competent in engaging staff at all levels
- Excellent escalation skills specifically with regard to client business requests
- Flexibility and confidence to be comfortable in facilitating small and large groups of staff
