Process Analyst

An opportunity to join a well known retail firm in the early stages of their digital transformation programme. This is a CI programme that is devised to streamline their current processes across their shared services.

The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various parts of the business to optimize company growth and business.

You will be expected to:

• Compile data into actionable reports
• Prepare pitch and presentation materials
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Think strategically about improving company operations

You will have the following skills and experience:

• 1 - 3 years of experience working with data in a related field
• Six Sigma - GB
• Shared services/retail experience is an advantage
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc)

 Ideally, this position suits an individual that is confidently able to manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for client's usage.

2 x CONTRACTS -  3 & 12 months

LOCATION – Home Based (2 Days in the office - preferably Midlands)

SALARY - £35,000 - £40,000 plus package
